The marketing and sales activities for the condominiums at the first houses have started.

Preorder one of 133 favoured apartments from 2-4 rooms and living spaces of approx. 59 to 129 m².

Many flats will be also constructed as barrier-free comfort flats.

The town villas are embedded in a park-like complex with spacious balconies, private gardens with terrace and rooftop terraces for the top floor. The condominiums have well thought-out floor plans and will be turnkey finished, fitted for example with floor heating and parquet.
